About Dr. Ken E. Lawver and Lawver Chiropractic

Dr. Ken E. Lawver has been practicing chiropractic for over 18 years. He graduated from U.C. Davis in 1975 and received his Doctor of Chiropractic (Summa Cum Laude) from Life Chiropractic College in 1981. From 1982 to 1986 he was a clinic supervisor and also an instructor at Life West Chiropractic College. Dr. Lawver has been practicing in the Manteca and Turlock areas for the last 11 years. In 1987, he accepted a position as Clinic Director at Stone Chiropractic in Manteca, CA and in 1991 Dr. Lawver accepted a position with Atkinson Chiropractic in Turlock, CA as an associate doctor. In February 1996, he opened his own practice in Manteca, CA and continues to serve the Manteca community today.

In addition to his own practice he has been instructing at Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, CA since 1996. His postgraduate work has included becoming a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California and he is an Industrial Disability Evaluator.

We accept many insurances, HMO’s and PPO’s, and offer as a courtesy to you, billing services to eliminate any problems or confusion with regard to payment in our office. For our patients without medical insurance or chiropractic benefits, we offer affordable payment options and accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.

Lawver Chiropractic is also a provider with Medicare. If you have been in an auto accident or have a work–related injury, often there is insurance available to cover your bill 100%.
